Elections to the Parish Council  for 13 seats take place every four years.

You cannot vote if you are not on the electoral register.

Residents can now get postal voting forms from the Parish Council office at Herne Mill, Mill Lane, Herne between 9.15 am and 12 noon. You may also get a postal voting form, register to vote or other electoral services from Canterbury City Council website or phone 01227 862007, email electoral.services@canterbury.gov.uk or write to:

Polling stations in the Parish are situated at: Herne Community Centre, St Martin's View (behind School Lane Car Park), Herne Mill, Wootton Room and Broomfield Church Hall, The Meadows.
