TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF DRIVING
Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14 (2)
Kent County Council gives notice that Lower Herne Road, Herne and Broomfield will be closed to through traffic, on or after 8th June 2020 for up to 4 days.
The road will be closed at the junctions of Ash Close and Bullockstone Road.
 
The alternative route is via Lower Herne Road, Canterbury Road, Herne Street, Canterbury Road and Bullockstone Road.
This closure is necessary to enable carriageway repairs to be carried out by Kent County Council.
This Notice applies when the relevant signs and barriers are on site and is valid for a period of no more than 5 days.
